Wet Weather Plagues Busy Memorial Day Weekend in Michigan

Seth Daniels and Wilson Motorsports followed the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series to the state of Michigan from May 22-24 for a trio of $10,000 to win events.  Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans and the stops on Saturday at Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy, Michigan and on Sunday at Crystal Motor Speedway in Crystal, Michigan were both nixed by inclement weather.

The only Memorial Day weekend show that escaped the wrath of Mother Nature took place on Friday night at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, Michigan.  Seth knocked down the ninth quickest lap in Group B during time trials prior to placing fourth in his heat race.  After rolling off from the outside of the seventh row in the 40-lap headliner, Seth finished fifteenth in the final finishing order.  Complete results from I-96 Speedway can be accessed online at www.imdirt.net.
