Pair of Strong Efforts for Wilson Motorsports in the State of Michigan!

Seth Daniels and the Wilson Motorsports team trekked north to the state of Michigan over the August 7-8 weekend for a pair of $5,000 to win Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series shootouts.  On Friday night at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, Michigan, Seth stopped the clock ninth fastest overall during the qualifying session prior to advancing to finish second in his heat race.  After rolling off from the outside of the third row for the start of the 30-lap feature, Seth wound up finishing a solid seventh in the final rundown.

At Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy, Michigan on Saturday evening, another $5,000 winner’s check was up for grabs.  Seth earned Fast Time honors during qualifying before securing an impressive heat race triumph.  The Jackson, Ohio ace then started from the pole position in the 30-lapper before winding up fourth at the checkered flag behind only victor Rusty Schlenk, Colten Burdette, and Chad Finley!  Complete results from both weekend races in Michigan can be accessed online at www.imdirt.net.
