Daniels Back in Action in RaceFest Summer Championship at WVMS

The Wilson Motorsports team and driver Seth Daniels made their way to West Virginia Motor Speedway in Mineral Wells, West Virginia on June 12-13 for the ‘RaceFest Summer Championship.’  The doubleheader weekend at WVMS was co-sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series.  In Friday’s $12,000 to win weekend opener, Seth unfortunately missed out on the 40-lap main event after finishing seventh in his heat race and sixth in his B-Main.

On Saturday evening with a hefty $30,000 paycheck up for grabs, Seth ran eighth in his loaded heat race and fifth in his B-Main.  After receiving an Iron-Man provisional to start twenty-seventh on the grid in the 60-lap headliner, Seth was able to steer past six competitors during the race to salvage a twenty-first place showing.  Complete results from the ‘RaceFest Summer Championship’ can be located online by clicking on www.imdirt.net.
